Sub-Luminal – A Big ‘Ol Hunk of Ice

Part of the fluff for Sub-Luminal would be an enormous ice asteroid or comet that is strapped to the ship as a fuel source for its fusion engines.  I decided to make a tiling texture that should work over very large areas of the map if need be.

Above you can see the individual tiles, followed by a sample texture showing how they all merge together.  It wouldn’t be a 4×4 square in-game, that’s just to illustrate how each tile merges with its neighbors.
