Retro HUD
I’ve been toying with the idea of drawing an ornate screen GUI for The Salvage. It would be going starkly against the current trend for minimizing GUIs, but I think if done right it could help to further plant the setting into the player’s mind.
Regardless of what I design as a default, I’ll definitely have a minimal alternative for players who wish to maximize their screen space.


I am certainly not against the the large hud idea, but I am thinking that this one is too much. A little optimization/reshuffling, and you could have something pretty special.
